The Malvern Fund is the School’s highest fundraising priority. This annual giving program is used to help defer the costs of a Malvern education. Currently only 87% of the cost of running the School is covered by tuition, the remaining 13% is made up by annual fund raising programs, headlined by the Malvern Fund.
Last year was a record one for the Malvern Fund with over $717,000 raised; with your help we hope to set a new record this year by making it to $750,000.
Gifts to The Malvern Fund are utilized to sustain many areas of operation that play an influential role in producing outstanding academic experiences, encouraging spiritual and social growth, and instilling Augustinian values. Examples include:
- attracting and maintaining our talented faculty and staff
- providing an ideal learning environment
- inspiring a strong sense of spirituality and devotion to Christ
- fostering athletic abilities
- cultivating compassion for others and a sense of community
Gifts to the Malvern Fund can be made in many ways: cash, check (made payable to Malvern Preparatory School), stock, credit card, or online.

Blue & Silver members are also part of one of six prestigious gifts clubs: St. Nicholas of Tolentine Circle, St. Thomas of Villanova Circle, St. Augustine’s Circle, Head of School’s Council, President’s Cabinet, and Chairman’s Club. The gift clubs represent the pacesetting members of the Malvern Fund who take a leadership role in our efforts toward our $750,000 goal.
