12/17/2008 Meeting Update
Today's first meeting was very successful. The 7:00 pm meeting has been cancelled so that our volunteers can attend the Live Nativity scheduled this evening.

If you were at the Mothers' Club Tea you may have received a flyer - and hopefully you saw the notice in the Weekly about volunteering for B.A.S.H. and the meeting schedule!

Please join us for the first B.A.S.H. meeting of the season this Wednesday, December 17th at 1:30pm in the B.A.S.H. office in Austin Hall. This one is a little later in the day than future meetings will be - but we tried to work it around "pick-up" times for those of you picking up your sons. Just a reminder of the new visitor policy - you will need to check in at the Visitors Center!

If you can not make it to the daytime meetings, we are hosting evening meetings this year as well!  Same place - The B.A.S.H. office, Austin Hall.  If there are people interested in attending meetings in the evening, we will continue to have them!

February 5th at Noon before the Mothers’ Club Meeting & an alternate evening one at 7PM.

March 5th at Noon before the Mothers’ Club Meeting & an alternate evening one at 7PM.

April 2nd at Noon before the Mothers’ Club Meeting & an alternate evening one at 7PM.
