Malvern is proud of its financial aid program and its diverse student body. An applicant's file has to be complete before he is reviewed by the Admissions Committee. He is then reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.
Before a student can be considered for financial aid, all application forms and financial aid forms must be filed. Only those students who score in the top 25% of our Entrance Exam, have outstanding teacher recommendations, and excellent school grades will be considered for financial aid. Candidates should also have excelled in one or more extracurricular activities.
Malvern belongs to the School Scholarship Service (SSS). Parents are strongly encouraged to complete the process online by mid-December. In addition, the most recent tax return with all forms, including W2s, are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee to determine a family's need. Financial aid is awarded by the Financial Aid Committee and awards are made to the extent that funds are available. We are unable to meet the needs of all candidates.
Selecting the right school is an important decision. The Admissions Office is ready to assist you in whatever way we can. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the admissions process.

If you checked “yes” on the application, you must submit all forms, including all financial aid forms, in order to be considered for admission. If, after further consideration, you feel you do not qualify for financial aid, you must notify the Admissions Office in writing to change your status before your son will be considered for admission.

If you do not have a demonstrated need and have to resources or income, you are encouraged not to apply for aid.
