The arts are an important part of life at Malvern and one of the main ingredients in fostering students’ personal, spiritual, and academic development. The arts bridge the gap between creative thinking and academic life and help our students become well-rounded, culturally diverse men.

The Fine Arts curriculum offers students a variety of courses, from visual arts to vocal and instrumental music to theater.

Our students have the opportunity to practice what they learn. They draw, paint, sculpt, and photograph, using both traditional and computer-based tools. We encourage experimentation and help students develop a range of skills for self-expression. Students join music groups such as Modern Jazz Ensemble, Men’s Chorus, Middle School Band and Choir, and Liturgical Music. Malvern also sponsors an active extracurricular theater department that produces two main-stage shows each year.
