Admission Information and Checklist Entrance Exam Registration Postcard To register for upcoming Malvern Prep Entrance Exams, you may download and mail in this form, or register online. Student Activities and Interests Form Scholarship and Financial Aid Information Teacher Recommendation Form Transcript, Conduct and Attendance Form Emerging Young Artist Competition If your son has talent and interest in visual, instrumental or vocal arts, he is welcome and encouraged to compete in the Emerging Young Artist program. Three honorary awards are given: visual, instrumental and vocal. Award winners earn a plaque and are acknowledged by the Upper School the fall of their freshman year. The competition involves: an essay, an interview and an audition or portfolio.
