What is B.A.S.H.? How will my support make a difference? I’m sure you have asked yourself these questions. Below is a brief history of our event and hopefully, your answers.

• B.A.S.H. stands for Building A Scholastic Heritage
• B.A.S.H. was started in 1975 by Fr. David Duffy, Malvern’s First President, and a group of determined parents. At the time, the school was in serious danger of closing.
• The funds raised at the first B.A.S.H. went to pay teachers salaries.
• The event is Malvern’s biggest social fun-draiser (with the emphasis on fun) and is open to everyone.
• Each year has a new theme. It helps to keep the celebration fresh.
• Although our event culminates in one evening, it takes many volunteers nine months to prepare for that special evening.
• The evening includes silent, live and luxury auctions, an ad program book, raffle drawings, food, music and entertainment.
• More important for you to know, is that the funds raised at B.A.S.H. go directly back into the school.

Because of our love for our sons and our belief in the school, we have been quite successful in the legacy we achieve and work hard to accomplish each year.

Our success comes from the support we receive not only from our families with sons at Malvern, but from the surrounding community.
