Faculty Group Goals are:
1. To gain an Appreciation and Awareness of Cultural Difference
2. To build a Support System for the entire Malvern community
3. To promote Gender Sensitivity
4. To develop active involvement in faculty hiring and student recruitment
 
Parent Group Goals are:
1. To establish Interdisciplinary and Multicultural Education on and off campus site
2. It is the desire of the parents that diversity training become a requirement.
3. To increase board involvement
4. To build a Support System for the entire Malvern community
5. To develop active involvement in faculty hiring and student recruitment

Student Group Goals are:
1. To build an environment of mutual respect between students
and teachers (one on one interaction)
2. To provide an evolving “outside of Malvern experience” to enhance learning (speakers or guest groups)
3. Make more school events student driven and teacher lead (A Student Town Hall Meeting)
4. Re-evaluate dress code to enhance our personal identity
5. To remind people of The Malvern experience: building long-lasting friendships and having fun, let’s live it!
6. Build joint relationships with other independent schools
7. Programs to spotlight different areas/ regions/countries every month.
