Malvern Preparatory School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin in its educational, admission or financial aid policies.
It is understood that diversity means a varied range of cultural, economic, educational, and social backgrounds among the students and an ethnic and gender range among the faculty and staff. Malvern recognizes that each person brings an element of diversity to campus purely by being an individual, and it actively pursues diversity and maintains an inclusive philosophy towards students and staff. Diversity can be seen in broader ways contingent upon the relationship of that group to the School. Diversity was a key item in the last Strategic Plan and will again be a main focal point in the new one. The School attempts to create social and cultural diversity through a large proportion of the financial aid budget.
