Volunteer Opportunities

All of the Committees will be supplied with a binder that serves as a manual to guide you from the beginning to the end of the process. It includes all of the past donors who gave to your area/table, contact information, what they gave, phone scripts, contracts etc.

90% of all the donors from last year will return – they just need personal follow up.

These committees will meet with the B.A.S.H. coordinator (Judith Campbell) on a monthly basis in addition to the B.A.S.H. meetings for more one-on-one assistance. Join a committee and make a difference!

Live Auction – Coordinating and securing 13 to 18 Live Auction Items. Support team members help with the follow up and collecting of items!

Silent Auction – Volunteer positions range from collecting gifts, picking gifts up, recording items and setting up the week of the auction. A lot of volunteers doing a little work can make this an easy yet successful project!
Items are divided into manageable tables with captains and support team.

Ad Book – Following up with advertisers from the past year and securing them for this year. This is no different than following up with gifts – it’s actually easier. There are plenty of “regulars” who just need follow up. We are always looking for new categories and suggestions. Great position for someone who has a few hours a week & enjoys working from home! Job is completed by the end of March!
