Malvern Preparatory School has named six new members to its Board of Trustees:

Joseph Miele '77 P'09 is operations manager with the Vanguard Group, Malvern, and is president of the Malvern Prep alumni association.

 Rev. Peter Donohue, O.S.A. is president of Villanova University.

 Francis Hallinan, Esq. P'14 is administrative partner with Phelan, Hallinan & Schmieg, Philadelphia.

 Michael Lewers '79 P'12 is managing director, U.S. private client group with BlackRock Investments, Princeton, N.J.

 Rev. Lee Makowski, O.S.A. is a professor in the college of liberal arts and sciences at Villanova University.

 Robert Manning P'09'11 is senior vice president, wealth management with Citi Smith Barney, Philadelphia.

These new members were sworn in at the Board's final meeting for the 2007-2008 school year this past June. Also at that meeting, the Board said "thank you" to three members whose terms came to an end: Rev. Paul Galetto, O.S.A., Ph.D., Edward Klinges, Jr. '75 P'12 and Richard Yelovich, M.D. '73 P'03'06. Board members serve as trustees for three-year terms and can be active members for three consecutive terms. There are currently 29 members on the Board, and seven Trustee Emeriti.
