Freshman Timeline
	August - Freshmen Registration and Picnic September - Freshmen Orientation Drop/Add Courses September  - November - Fall meeting with your guidance counselor.  You will be notified of date and time.  (Incoming freshmen will be scheduled first, followed by those who attended our Middle School). Get off to a good start with your grades.  Freshmen grades are included in your final High school records and GPA and they will show on your transcript for college. Get involved in extra-curricular activities (both in and outside of school).  You will need 6 activity credits as a a requirement for graduation from Malvern. February -  Course selection process for Sophomore year classes.  Meet with your Counselor for guidance. March - May - Spring meetings with parents and counselor.  May - Get ready and organized for final exams!  All final exams count for 20% of  your year - end grade, the same as a full quarter.
