Welcome to Malvern Prep Sports Camps! Thank you for your interest in the Sports Camp program at Malvern Prep.
A $100 non-refundable deposit for each selected Sports Camp Program is due with registration by June 1, 2012.
After your registration and deposit is received, an information packet will be mailed to you.
The packet will have
■ specific session information
■ a map of the campus to explain pick-up and drop-off areas
■ a billing statement showing all payments, deposits and balances due
■ a health form — no child may participate in any summer program
prior to completing the health form.
All forms must be completed and submitted to the Sports Camp by the
start of your child’s camp or activity. A full time certified athletic trainer
is on staff and can be reached during camp hours by calling 484-595-
1143. All camps are run by Malvern coaches and are held on our campus.
Camp is closed on Wednesday, July 4th.
Sports Camps Guest Policy
All requests to bring a guest to Sports Camp must be approved by the
Sports Camp Director in advance. Parents of campers must provide written
permission for their child to bring a guest to camp. The guest camper
must also bring written permission from his or her parents. The guest
camper’s permission slip must include a parent’s phone number(s), and
an emergency contact, the name and phone number for the family doctor
and any unusual medical problems and needs. The daily charge for guests
is $40, payable on the day of the visit.
Absences
Parents are asked to please call the Sports Camp Director at
484-595-1141 by 8:00 a.m. if your child will be absent.
