MALVERN PREP RUGBY CAMP (boys only, ages 8-15)

Malvern Prep Rugby Camp will focus on fundamental rugby skills in the context of a controlled, games-based approach to develop young players to compete at the next level. Along with our approach to developing skills in context, we will also focus on position-specific techniques for players preparing for school-grade rugby.

SWIMMING
Malvern Prep Swim School offers a complete aquatic program designed to fit the
individual’s needs. Our basic philosophy, “Learn to Swim,” is combined with safety
and proper technique.

Group placement is determined by age, ability and level of development. The groups
are sequential so that swimmers will move from one group to the next when they have
demonstrated self-confidence and mastered the skills at the previous level. Please visit

COMPETITIVE SWIM CAMP (boys & girls, ages 10 and up)

June 25 – June 29 ■ Monday – Friday ■ 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ■ $175
Camp size is limited to 20 participants.
Malvern’s Competitive Swim Camp is for everyone, whether you are a summer or
a year around swimmer. Each day swimmers will spend time in the pool and the
lecture room (learning about nutrition, race strategy and mental preparation),
view stroke DVDs and have strength/ dry land training. The strength building for
swimming will be age appropriate and focus on proper technique. Swimmers will be
videotaped and critiqued and receive individual stroke analysis of the four competitive
strokes and starts and turns. All together, our coaching staff has over 100
years of coaching experience! Each swimmer will receive a Malvern Swim Camp
cap and shirt.
Additional Options:
■ Additional morning workouts are also available.
■ Swimmers 12 and up may have three long course training session in the morning
and three short training session in the afternoon. Cost: $5.00 per session
