	Young Alumni Golf Outing- Friday, June 22 The 3rd Annual Young Alumni Golf Outing will take place at Broad Run Golfer's Club. Registration and lunch will begin at 12:00 pm with a 1:00 pm shotgun start. A post outing reception will take place at Ryan's Pub in West Chester. Price per golfer is $75.00 and includes lunch and a gift from the Alumni Association. CLICK HERE to register.   Malvern Rugby to play in PPL Park in June Point Person: Robyn Stratton - 407-721-1529 Malvern Prep's Rugby team will have a unique opportunity to play in a state-of-the-art, 18,500-seat Major League Soccer stadium this June. The Philadelphia Union’s PPL Park in Chester is once again set to host the 2012 USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship (CRC), featuring 16 of the top collegiate men’s rugby programs in the country, on Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3. The CRC in Philadelphia is the largest domestic rugby event in the entire country, showcasing 16 rugby programs in 38 matches over two days. Local favorites Penn State and Temple will return for the third and second time, respectively. Malvern Rugby will be one of 16 teams particpating in the High School Rugby Challenge tournament, first playing two games at Drexel University on Friday, June 1 (details to come).  Additional high school games will be played at PPL Park on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3, in between the USA Sevens Collegiate Rugby Championship games. With only seven players per team playing on the same size pitch as a 15’s rugby match, sevens rugby offers non-stop action where speed, high scoring & athleticism rule the day.  Tickets for the two-day event of rugby are available, with a portion of all ticket sales benefitting Malvern Rugby. John Bradford '12 Honored with Scholar-Athlete Award by National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame The Philadelphia Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame has chosen Malvern Prep senior John Bradford of West Chester as a recipient of a Scholar-Athlete Award.
