Dear Malvern Prep Ice Hockey Family,

We would like to take a minute of your time to discuss the upcoming season and provide some important dates and information.  The following are the dates for the Upper School Tryouts @ IceLine:

Monday, September 12, 2011  8:00-10:00

Tuesday, September 13, 2011            8:00 –10:00

Attached is the Registration form to confirm US Ice Hockey membership and information about each player. This form must be handed in to me in the athletic training room by Friday, September 9th during the lunch period. A Tryout Fee of $85.00 made out to “Malvern Prep” will also need to be included by September 9th.

There will not be a tryout for the Middle School Team, more information will be forth coming. However, we do have a team but we feel it is not necessary to have a full fledge trout for one team.

*Parent Meeting for all levels (Upper and Middle School) will be held at Ice Line on September 12, 2011.  Middle School will be at 7:00pm and High School will be at 8:00pm. During this meeting we will discuss uniform ordering, schedules, coaches and transportation.  We strongly encourage at least one representative from each family attend the meeting.  The uniform ordering sheet and the payment schedule will be handed-out at that time. Please be ready to order uniforms that night.

There are three locations to preview the 2011-2012 Schedule (Note: Middle School Schedule is not completed):

The three sites will provide the schedules for each level.  The first site is through Malvern, and will also provide the practice schedule.
