Dear Parent/Guardian,
I hope that this letter finds you well. This letter will provide you with information regarding the upcoming Junior-Senior prom.
The prom will take place on Saturday night, May 11, from 7:00 pm until 12:00 am. All couples are to arrive at the prom no later than 8:00 pm and may leave at 11:00pm. The cost of the ticket is $150/couple. Tickets will be available
online the week of April 22 and will be available through May 6, 2013. The prom will be at The Fuge in Warminister, PA.
There were two venues that were initially proposed to the student body. The number one pick for the students was at a different location with a ticket price approximately $75 to $100 higher than the cost of this year’s prom. Knowing that the students wanted a lower ticket price, the venue that the students voted for was not a viable option. We understand that the distance (45 minutes from Malvern, Drexel Hill, and Collegeville area) of the location may be a concern for some parents and students; however, the venue is easily accessible from Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
In case there is a need, we will offer a bus to go from Malvern to Warminister on a first come, first served basis. This chaperoned bus can hold 20 couples and will be offered to any junior or senior who would feel more comfortable with this option. The bus will pick up at Malvern at 6:45pm and drop off at Malvern approximately 12:15 am. If you would like to utilize this service, please email Dr. Fry at

In addition to the cost of the prom ticket, which is inclusive of the food, venue, and DJ, your son may purchase professional photographs the night of the prom for an additional cost. Information regarding picture packages can be found outside the Activities Office in Tolentine.
