Malvern Preparatory School is an Augustinian School, Catholic and Independent for boys in grades 6 through 12, located in the Greater Philadelphia suburb of Malvern, PA. We are committed to the Augustinian values of Veritas, Unitas, and Caritas, meaning Truth, Unity, and Love.

In February 2025, Malvern Prep hosted a Business Ethics Case Study Competition—a student-led Incubator Grant initiative that challenged high school students to think critically about ethical dilemmas in the business world. As part of their first-place prize, winning team members Austin Trout '25, Alex March '25, Mac Traynor '25, and Michael Guardiola '25 accepted an invitation to take part in a Networking Day on Tuesday, April 15 with Equitable Advisors, LLC.

Malvern Prep is the direct continuation of the academy program founded in 1842 by the Augustinians as the preparatory school for what is now Villanova University.
