Malvern Preparatory School is an Augustinian School, Catholic and Independent for boys in grades 6 through 12, located in the Greater Philadelphia suburb of Malvern, PA. We are committed to the Augustinian values of Veritas, Unitas, and Caritas, meaning Truth, Unity, and Love.

On May 21, 2025, the Malvern Prep Community came together for Mass for the final time as a complete student body in the 2024-25 academic year. The celebration also included senior awards and the faculty yearbook dedication.

Today, the class of 2026 and their families gathered in sacred celebration for one of Malvern Prep’s most cherished traditions, the Junior Ring Mass.
Malvern Prep is the direct continuation of the academy program founded in 1842 by the Augustinians as the preparatory school for what is now Villanova University.
