Nick Harken ’27 Reaches 1,000 Point Milestone

Malvern Prep junior Nick Harken joined the prestigious 1,000-point club on Friday, January 30, during the Friars’ matchup against Germantown Academy. Just over a minute into the second quarter, Harken beat his defender and finished a play off a pass from Bryce Perkins ’26 on the wing, tying the game and pushing his career total to 1,001 points.

Harken finished the night with 27 points, leading Malvern Prep to a 73–63 victory over Germantown Academy. The win keeps the Friars one game behind Haverford in the Inter-Ac League standings, setting up a pivotal matchup between the two teams on Tuesday, February 3.
