Malvern Gathers for Annual Tree Lighting
The holidays have arrived at Malvern! On Thursday, December 8, students, faculty, and staff gathered in the quad for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Santa and Mrs. Claus even came down from the North Pole!
Students from the Bellesini Honors Society opened by sharing how other cultures celebrate the holidays. Fr. Bill blessed the Malvern community and the tree. David F. '29, the youngest Friar on Malvern's campus, had the honor of lighting up the Christmas tree.
All were treated to cookies and hot chocolate, courtesy of Dining Services.
