This past weekend, Malvern Prep kicked off its Model UN season by competing in the Notre Dame Model UN (NDMUN) Conference at the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur. A team of eight delegates represented Malvern in various committees, including crisis committees of the Seneca Falls Convention, the International Criminal Court, and the UN Development Programme.
Two of Malvern’s delegates were recognized for their outstanding contributions. Peter Hicks ’25, co-founder of the Model UN Club, received an Honorable Mention, and Neev Chopra ’26 was recognized as an Outstanding Delegate. The next competition for Malvern Model UN will take place at DELMUN, hosted by Salesianum, on December 7.
Current Malvern Prep students interested in joining the Model UN team are encouraged to attend meetings on Tuesdays during Community Block in Room 201.
