Our Arts Department provides students with a broad-based understanding of the creative and performing arts. Within our state-of-the-art Duffy Arts Center, we are able to provide our students an interdisciplinary approach with a variety of courses and co-curricular activities that gives students the opportunity to create, perform, and grow.

Our Art Educators face the challenge to prepare our students to be well-educated individuals for their lives after Malvern. We are providing an education that combines rigorous and relevant art education to our students who will use the knowledge and skills to become thriving and well-rounded individuals.
In 2008, Malvern opened the doors of the Rev. David J. Duffy, O.S.A. Arts Center, named after our beloved and long-time president, Fr. Duffy, who passed away in 2006. The 30,000 square-foot building is the artistic heart of our campus and houses an array of top-of-the-line studios, equipment and classrooms including:
