Fall Sports Information

Middle and Upper School Fall Sports Information 

We look forward to welcoming all new and returning students for the fall of 2026! Please complete the appropriate registration forms below by July 1, 2026. Additional information regarding submitting required medical information will be communicated in the summer. 

**Note- Ice Hockey is listed on this form - although ice hockey is technically a winter sport, we need to collect information early as practices begin during the fall.**

Middle School sports

Please complete the appropriate registration form below by July 1, 2026. If you are interested in more than one sport, you can register for those accordingly. 

Practices are generally held after school between 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Coaches will communicate practice times to you. Information regarding uniforms and equipment will be provided by your son’s coach. Middle School sports will begin on or shortly after Monday, September 7.

Please become familiar with the Malvern Prep Parent/Guardian Handbook. The information in the handbook will answer many of the questions you may have during your son's athletic experience.

upper School sports

Please complete the appropriate registration form below by July 1, 2026. If you are interested in more than one sport, you can register for those accordingly. 

Upper School Fall Sports will begin on or shortly after August 24, 2026. Football Heat Acclimatization Week will begin on Monday, August 17. You may contact any of the coaches at any time via email if you have any questions before the season.
