Head Varsity Wrestling Coach: Nathan Lautar
Malvern Wrestling is a high-intensity Varsity and Junior Varsity sport. The wrestling program is dedicated to the development of talented student-athletes. Our wrestling program offers state of the art facilities and highly trained coaches who have college wrestling and college coaching experience. We average about 50 wrestlers in the entire program from middle school, JV and Varsity. The wrestling program will expose participants to advanced strategies and exceptional competition offering accomplished wrestlers a variety of workout partners. Wrestlers will be trained in advanced skills. We offer the most competitive schedule in all of southeastern Pennsylvania. Over the past five years, we have placed more than fifteen wrestlers into Div. 1 wrestling programs including programs like Penn State, Bucknell, The United States Naval Academy, U.S. Military Academy, Cornell, UNC, and Northwestern. Our goal is to be a cohesive team with great bonds between the wrestlers, coaches, and families. We strive to instill proper life values such as hard work ethic, dedication, and persistence that will help our wrestlers succeed in all aspects of their future endeavors.
