  • Stock

If you are interested in making a gift to the School by transferring stock, please follow these steps:

-Ask your broker to deliver the securities to Vanguard Brokerage Services at DTC-0062 for further credit to Account 52203073 in the name of Malvern Preparatory School.
-Notify the Development Office of your plans to make a gift of securities, so we can match the donor with the gift and send a proper acknowledgement. We will then give the instructions to Vanguard to sell them when the transfer is completed.

For your convenience a sample transaction form and Letter of Instruction is available here.

As you make your year-end philanthropic decisions, please consider donating long-term appreciated securities directly to Malvern Preparatory School, rather than selling the assets and donating the cash proceeds. This strategy is one of the easiest and most effective ways to simultaneously increase your gift's impact and realize personal tax benefits. LEARN MORE
