Brotherhood Ceremony

Please join us as we welcome the Class of 2027 into our Malvern Prep Community on Wednesday, September 27. 

Freshman will begin the day with a morning, on-campus retreat to contemplate and discuss our Augustinian Values of Truth, Unity, and Love, in a way that creates a space for the class to experience Brotherhood.

Following the retreat, the Brotherhood Ceremony will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the O’Neill Sports Center. The entire Upper School Community will be present to welcome and embrace Malvern Prep’s newest freshman class as we formally induct the Class of 2027 into Malvern Prep’s Upper School.

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to attend this event as each freshman will be invited forward during the ceremony to receive their class medal, bestowed upon them by their parent/guardian. In the event that neither parent/guardian is able to attend the ceremony, a member of the Freshman Academy Team will step in as a proxy to facilitate this bestowal.

After the ceremony, food and fellowship will be offered for all freshmen and their parents/guardians to enjoy together. The remainder of the day will be reserved for recreational activities to catalyze a communal bond among the class.
