Dining Services

Malvern Prep's Dining Services provides our school community with delicious, wholesome, and nutritious meals. Excellent service and tremendous variety are the hallmarks of our dining services. Our chef and his team prepare a diverse variety of appealing and innovative menu options for our students, while following the most stringent sanitation and food safety guidelines. The dining service team at Malvern Prep is committed to creating the best possible dining experience for our students with a comfortable, clean, and friendly dining experience. We are members of the Malvern community, we know your child and their individual needs.

Dining Menu

Our goal is to make every meal memorable, which we do by serving a diverse and innovative menu to help meet the needs of both our students and faculty members. From hand-made pizza made fresh daily, home-style classic entrées, tasty side dishes, a variety of deli sandwich & wrap selections, full service fresh salad bar with fresh fruits & vegetables and house-made salad dressings, home-made soup of the day, and desserts. We also offer a rotating menu for hot breakfast featuring a breakfast sandwich of the day, yogurt bar with granola, and low and non-fat milk choices. We strive to have appealing choices for every individual.

Our Food and Allergy Policy

We are committed to providing everyone a safe and satisfying dining experience. This is why we follow the Malvern Prep Food and Food Allergy Policy when dealing with food allergies. All foods prepared by the Dining Services team will not knowingly contain Peanuts/Tree Nuts and/or Peanut/Tree Nut products. Some products may be purchased from factories where Peanuts/Tree Nuts and/or Peanut/Tree Nut products have been produced. Commercially prepackaged items containing Peanuts/Tree Nuts and/or Peanuts/Tree Nuts products will be available in the cafeteria and vending machines. All items offered in the cafeteria containing Egg, Gluten, Dairy, Fish, Shellfish and/or Soy will be published and displayed.

Student Accounts

All Malvern Prep students are automatically assigned a Student Debit Account and Personal Identification Number (PIN) which they can use to make purchases in the Dining Hall and the Campus Store. Deposits to the students’ accounts can be made directly at the registers in the Dining Hall with cash or check only. Parents have the option to access their son's account via MyKidsSpending.com, an online service that allows parents to deposit money to their account and review account activity.

Full Service Catering

Our Dining team provides catering services to assist you with planning your event, focusing on every aspect to ensure quality and consistency. Our culinary team has created a variety of healthy and delicious menus to fit a wide range of budgets and tastes. They also take great pride in using the best possible local and seasonal ingredients, regional favorites and specialty items that will make your event a complete success. Some of the services we provide are continental breakfast setups, hot & cold lunches, organization meeting & dinners, full scale cocktail parties, and dinner receptions. Boxed meals for those quick meetings you are hosting on campus or a simple snack and/or beverage set up you can offer your visitor or guest as refreshments.
