BASH Honors the Malvern Theatre Society

BASH (Building a Scholastic Heritage) is our largest annual social fundraiser and its success expands Malvern Prep's margin of excellence. BASH was started in 1975 by Malvern's first president, Rev. David J. Duffy, O.S.A. '48, and a group of determined parents, teachers, and alumni. 

This spring, we're excited to introduce BASH Honors - a reimagined celebration that reflects who we've become.

Instead of focusing solely on financial need, BASH Honors will shine a spotlight on excellence. We'll celebrate outstanding programs and the remarkable people behind them - something BASH has made possible. Each year, a program will be nominated by peers for its dedication to our students and our mission.

BASH, an event that once helped us "keep the lights on" will now celebrate the extraordinary programs we've built and the countless people who've guided Malvern Prep to where we stand today.

This year, BASH Honors will celebrate the Malvern Theatre Society. Donations will be used support this extraordinary program.

BASH still remains our largest social fundraiser and will continue to include sponsorships, a silent auction, and donations to honor the highlighted programs. This shift from financial necessity to joyful celebration represents something profound: the vision our community believed in fifty years ago.
